My friend patient at this facility. I'd had great care earlier this year, so recommend a recent was ed it. Her care, overall was acceptable. Her physician, however, was not concerned about pain management. She cried every single day from pain. She begged for help and dr turned a blind eye. I even called quality control, only to find out that her dr was the MEDICAL DIRECTOR! After ten days of sheer hell, I was able to get her to her pain mgmt physician. My 87 year old mother was there for 12 days. I'll try and stay positive and say the enjoyed the food, and 2 nurses and 2 aides/techs were very pleasant, hard working and efficient at their job. I will also say her PT and OT really worked with her and got her to where she could return to her assisted living. But pretty much after that there is nothing good to say. From the first 24 hours there, the unprofessional and unfriendly case manager, Marcia, who was assigned to her did NOTHING in her job description, did not retur... read more

I just realized that while there at Reliant Rehab in Bedford, they went through my purse and took away some anti-anxiety medication that I always keep in my purse for use when needed away from home. I feel like my privacy has been violated. At the time the staff member asked me about the pills, I didn't recall that those were the ones I kept in my purse. They confiscated the meds like they were heroin or something. I got them back after checking out Against Medical Advice but jut want other patients and family members to... read more

I agree with the other reviews. STAY AWAY. My brother-in-law went there after back surgery to gain strength. After 12 days they discharged him in much worse shape than when he went in. The doctors had prescribed three psychotropic medicines when his neurologist (pre hospital admission) had said she should only have the one anti-depressant that they had found was safe to use and no prescription to sleep - only melatonin to sleep. He had developed congestive heart failure and was too weak to stand and walk alone. He had t... read more
