We chose this facility because it is close to home. He had been in another facility a year ago and what we had to compare against. Because of his fall risk, he was placed right outside the nurses station. Numerous times during the day and evening I would have to close his door because it sounded like a party was going on outside his room. Run....AWAY! MY mother, who was being transferred with a back injury, was accepted for care - and once she was THERE, they told her they didn't have an understanding of her injury/care needs. She fell because she couldn't keep waiting on a nurse to come. After the call button was pushed, it was an average of 20 MINUTES for them to show and assist. If you can not actively take responsibility for your care at this hospital. DON'T GO. I was there for 12 days and found mistakes, oversights and incompetency's every day. Doctors would tell me of a treatment or med that I would be getting. When the treatment or med did not materialize, I asked. More often than not the treatment or med had not been ordered. The doctor said they forgot to write it up. Once the doctor added a script to my daily routine. The pharmacy decided to discontinue one of my maintenance scripts wi... read more

This place is a joke. Given that it is a relatively new facility it passes the "eye" test. Nice rooms, a rehab pool, all around looks great but that is where most of the good things end. I will say 2 good things about Reliant because it was not 100% bad. It was only 91% bad. A few of their physical therapists and their part time speech therapists were great. I would not let anybody you cared about in this place. In less than 5 hours they almost killed my wife from lack of care. If I would not have went there at midnight I believe they would have called me in the morning and told me she had passed away. All they care about is the money and insurance, lack of patience care and then lie and try to cover up the mistakes but I have proof about the lying and trying to fix the paper work to cover up there mistakes.
