My father was sent here to recover physically from his strokes. He was on a tube feed from the hospital. Somehow in their care his tube started bleeding really bad. He was sent back to the hospital a few days later after it had already been bleeding for a couple days. This place never notified emergency contacts when he was sent and I didn't know he was sent until the next morning when I found his name was erased from their board and an empty room. You can imagine how I felt. He had to stop the blood thinners because of the ... read more

During her two-week stay, my dear mother got excellent treatment for the effects of a stroke and her subsequent recovery. But Alex, the case manager, seems to lack sincerity. When it comes to her patients and their families, Alex seems to have a cold and unfeeling sense of care.

Stephanie is extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending and Jennifer won't even come out and speak with the family of her patients. Neither one ever followed up with me about some questions I had about my mother who was in their care. I feel they are in the wrong profession. Clearly they don't like people and do not care about their patients or the families. They are just in it for the paycheck.
