********************* was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, & patient. She listened to understand & did not talk over me while talking. She went ABOVE & BEYOND to resolve my issue.
I noticed they do not offer a referral incentive to bring new clients from a current member. You should offer something when members refer new clients who join. Also they limit they coverage on older cars which is sad.
Great experience with ********************* over the phone we had bought a new car and they charged us **** for ****** miles or 48 months and I had a contract for our Tahoe that we traded with endurance after calling ***** she was able to beat that substantially and I will be canceling our contract with the dealer we bought from!

The gentleman who helped me this morning is all you could ask for in resolving the issue I had. I had been trying to get issue resolved for over a month, but it seemed to have been to difficult for others to understand. This gentleman was very patient and understand, and went out of his way to get it resolved. I am so grateful for his help.

Although it's rather expensive I had my car fixed and saved over $800 so it's worth it
