We just switched over to Energy Harbor, they had the best fixed rates with no cancellation fee. We literally just did it on Sept 1st so can't comment on anything else other than the switchover was simple and easy here in ************.
So far I have little to review. I did find the online signup easy to navigate and it appears to have been processed promptly, immediately notifying me of my supplier change via email and confirmation number.
