It was a very satisfactory experience since Erik Orduna was on time, explained everything to me so I actually understood what he was doing and completed the work quickly but correctly. I haven't had a minute of problems with my solar panels since he was here to repair them. Thank you, Erik.

Energy Aid has been fantastic to work with. My original Solar installer no longer provides any customer service or warranty work. My solar panels stopped generating mid-year 2022 and I only realized it when my PGE true-up was so high. Energy Aid came, diagnosed the problem, replaced my inverter under warranty, and got me back in business. I did have to pay for the labor to replace the inverter since they were not the original company, but that was fair. They applied my service call fee to the labor cost and I was extrem... read more

The two technicians that did the cleaning seemed to be competent. I had to take their word on the cleaning that was done. The price of the job was very reasonable.
