Paid for priority shipping I paid for priority shipping and it didn't arrive on time. I needed the wristbands for a game couldn't use them to the following week so I missed a whole game and I paid 50 extra bucks for priority shipping.

I'm still missing part of my order. 2 pullovers haven't arrived yet. No communication on when my order would be returned to me or any updates. After the first conversation.

Poor customer experIence I placed a large order of ladies vests - my shipment came and one of the boxes had men's jackets and I was missing 15 ladies vests. I needed my missing vests fast. I had to return the others before they'd replace. They needed to send my vests immediately but they wouldn't. Poor service - it was their mistake!

Incorrect Items My experience was not the best for this order that I placed. We received multiple garments that are incorrect to the size breakdown that I ordered. I actually tried reaching out to Epic Sports, and did not get much help at all, as online it could not even find my order number that was on the packing list that we received. I had plans of returning items, but did not get support. I have since place another order to try and receive the correct garments that I need for a customers order.

Poor Communication- Agent Lied about the delay of my order to cover their A**! I placed an order on September 11 with an expected delivery date of September 25. Unfortunately, my order didn't arrive until October 4, which is over three weeks late. My experience with online support was frustrating. I repeatedly contacted the same agent, who failed to respond within the promised 48-hour timeframe after reaching out to the vendor to check my order status. Poor quality Tshirts have mold stains in the material. Looks like they have been sitting in a damp storage place, the surface mold was cleaned off but the stains in the fabric remain.
