Not worth the expense I'm so tired of everything being online. You can never get a feel for the quality of something until after you order and pay through the nose for the setup. Granted, my use case is a bit different from Others. I wanted a custom team "jersey" for bass fishing. I've had others and they're multi color screens or direct sublimated printing. Buyer Beware I ordered 12 wristbands for my kids 8-10yrs old. First of, I only received 11. Second, these wristbands are TOO BIG for my players. Too Big and too small to put any plays inside. I bought bigger size wristbands from Amazon for my order team (12-15yr old) and these fit better on the younger kids! I don't think I'll order from here again. Customer service is a joke!

Disappointed I ordered some more expensive hats, the Kryptex black hat and a brown one, and very disappointed how wrinkled they are. I cannot offer those to my customer. The Richardson 112p hats is the same way. I purchased some cheap hats to the quality, most of them are wrinkled as well but that is somewhat expected, but NOT with the higher end hats. Lack of Quality & Care in Filling Orders Mt initial complaint was incorrect order being shipped. I ordered a Decky Structured Cam Baseball Cap and was sent a Gildan grey t-shirt. Web site does not permit live customer service. Customers are forced to engage with an AI bot. The acknowledgement email does not address issue but is boilerplate.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT The product I purchased based on photos and description is not what I received. Description and photos described blue wrestling shoes with solar yellow Adidas stripes. What I received is blue wrestling shoes with lime green Adidas stripes that do not match our uniform. Have attempted to contact several times and this is leading no where. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Ridiculous gap between order and receiving If you order something from them, do not expect it anytime soon, 2 to 3 weeks maybe if you stay on them, they like to take your money fast then once they get it they don't want to send it, have cost me to miss several jobs because of their negligence and lazy $#*! shipping shipping delays, been 13 days since I paid and still haven't received confirmation or tracking, but took my money fast enough

Very poor customer service and horrible return policy I ordered and recieved adult men XL tights to go under my gym shorts since it is winter time. I recieved what fitted like a child's XL. I am in no way a big guy. I returned the tights, four pairs. Epic sports charged me a total of $41.67 which included $31.96 for the tights, $6.62 for shipping, $3.09 in taxes.
