We paid for 2 day shipping (40$) to get the pants in time for team pictures and the first game. They came a week late. Then when we did receive them the package was short 3 items. “Worst customer service experience ever experience!” ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN! Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. “HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!” These employees offer HORRIBLE customer service. I have not received my order by the promised delivery date. It has been almost 3 weeks! In fact, the items have not even left the warehouse yet, and customer service DOES NOT CARE!!!! The manager, Case, told me I just have to wait! I will NEVER order from this company again!
