Still again they did not put damaged on an item for sale that I received I paid $65 for a box of trash. They said they're going to refund my money but I do not believe them.
the description is key, i bought a train set does not match description or picture. says and shows a 2 car train set with lights and smoke and sound and a factory sealed case, i do not make the description i go by it! open box and 4 train cars with no smoke. so all the B.S. anyone can say is a lie it did not match the picture or description
Printer was listed as wi-fi, it wasn't. After several calls to customer service (courteous) no resolution. Maybe this is due to the present virus situation.

Transparency doesn't exists. Both Owners are crooks themselves, if you think you're going to get help from them to resolve a major issue with a seller, think again. Some sellers also bid up their own auction just to bring in more. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this site. I will be actively shopping on ****** from now on. YOU'VE LOST MY BUSINESS!
They need to put in the description that the item is damaged. They put open box so it covers their ass. I bought a night stand only one picture showed a little piece of wood missing. I go to get it and it was torn to hell. There reply was it said open box, I pointed out the picture of no big damage and it did not say damaged. They said well it said open box. Also bought metal trash cans , they were pictured with lids, no where in the description did it say no lids, they used the open box crap again.
Was lied to several times and given the run-around, i will never do business with this compamy again.
Was great for a year then there was a massive increase of bidders thats when prices went up to close to retail. i only buy a piece or two now. also the pickup times have moved to afternoon which makes it get in rush hour traffic. it was a 5 star and went to a 2 star
Have been a buyer for a long time and have made some great buys but now so many bidders there is always one bidder who wants to pay over retail price so i do not get much anymore, i hate waiting till 2and 3 o-clock to get items i bought.
Will not bid again with ICT. My items were not there. I did get a refund
