AUCTION ICT is a fraud. If you don't pick up items in a few hour window they charge you and wont give you the merchandise. SCAM
Easy to use site. Just watch out for bidding that is extended time. The dashboard is easy to navigate. Paying is super easy and invoices are clear! Wish the auction companies knew when we paid as it’s a pain to have to show proof each time. More sales need to be done in this fashion. Easier than going to a garage sale. Some listings are not as accurate as they could be as damaged items can be covered up in photos, so go to inspection to see big ticket items. Overall software is spot on. Total scams, fake item descriptions, avoid by any means.
I was bidding on a item and had the high bid all the way until the close, when my invoice came in I didn't get my item and was told I was outbid. I sent a screenshot of my winning bid and all I got was excuses that I was stupid. I would of paid thousands more for this item and on the pickup day I saw that Equip bid truck actually had this item on there truck. This wasn't the first time, but it is the last, I have deleted my account and will never buy anything on here again period. Jeff ******

Jeff, nobody called you stupid, that was your assessment. We walked you through every bid, step by step, and you were outbid by another bidder. We are sorry you didn't bid high enough to win the item, we would always want high bids for our sellers. Our system does extend the bidding process until there are no bids for a 5 minute time frame. Buyer beware of ACTUALITY costs to ship. They show you a chart of the shipping costs, which appears to be reasonable, however, after the auction they send you to a 3rd party that charges a 700% markup! The operations manager has now begun to argue with me that it's not their problem that the 3rd party they require you to use charges they rates, that it the buyers problem.
