Eric is awesome. I highly recommend working with him. I've worked with him on two refinances and one traditional mortgage. All three loans were fast, efficient, and super easy. Importantly, he is extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive. Work with Eric. You'll be glad you did.
I had started a refinance with another company. Since rates were so low everyone was busy. 3 months in the company told me it would take an additional 3 months or so. Ridiculous!
