Eric has been helping me with my loan from the very beginning. My realtor recommended him and his team to handle it all for me. Right as we found the house we wanted everything with Covid-19 started to have an impact. Eric communicated with me daily via text, email and calls. Eric was recommended to my by my home owners insurance contact and Eric didn't disappoint. He was able to get me a better/lower interest rate than my bank. The entire process was smooth, quick, and easy. Eric answered ALL of my questions (there was a lot) quickly and honestly. You can tell he really cares about his clients not as clients but real people.

Eric goes above and beyond for his clients. I texted him about a thought for a refi and he had a quote within 45 mins of my initial text. We talked about what i would like to achieve from the refi and he was able To work with all of that. We had an agreement within a day. Due to covid-19 we got put off for a few weeks but eric stayed in touch to make sure i knew all was still in works. Eric was extremely easy to work with during the entire process of my fiancé and I buying our first home. He was there every single step of the way. Calmed us down when things were stressful and made sure we were as comfortable as possible the whole way. I don’t think this guy ever stops working. Would recommend him to anyone!

When I originally thought of becoming a first time home buyer, I thought my only option was an FHA loan. Eric broke down all of the options we qualified for and which would be best for my fiance and I in the long run (when I say broke it down I mean into terms I actually understood). To say he was helpful throughout this process is an understatement. The process was stress-free, simple, and fun! Eric was always available for help and went above and beyond to help us land our first home!! HIGHLY recommend.

We were introduced to Eric through our realtor. We worked with him through the past 6 months getting quote after quote on homes. Finally after we went under contract Eric and his team were very informative and helpful along the way. Eric was on top of the whole process and was able to complete the loan in less than 3 weeks. I am using him again for 2 more investment properties. Will definitely refers him to all my friends and families. The interest rate was also lower than what I have expected too. I am one happy customer.
