We were introduced to Eric through our realtor. We worked with him through the past 6 months getting quote after quote on homes. Finally after we went under contract Eric and his team were very informative and helpful along the way. Eric Petransky has got to be the most enthusiastic person you’ll ever meet. I was introduced to Eric and his team at Guaranteed Rate through my realtor. Eric was on top of the whole process and was able to complete the loan in less than 3 weeks. I am using him again for 2 more investment properties. Will definitely refers him to all my friends and families. The interest rate was also lower than what I have expected too. I am one happy customer.
