Eric was always available. Even if a message was left, he would call you right back. Having that personal contact went a long way with us! Eric was very knowledgeable and always had the answer. When we had sellers that appeared to be dragging out the process, Eric got right to work so that our rate was not compromised.

Eric saved me $201,949.84 and knocked nearly 13 years off of my mortgage payment.
