Highly recommend Eric and his team. We were able to go from “offer-to-close” In 30 days all digitally during the CORONA pandemic. Pretty amazing! The GR online process was seem less and tracked everything Clearly.

I would highly recommend working with Eric and his team. He was extremely available throughout the entire process, waking up at 5am on a Saturday to prepare our offer so we wouldn't miss out on the house. Eric did a great job explaining all our options in an easy to understand manner. This was especially helpful as we were first time home-buyers. Overall it was a great experience and I won't ever use anyone else in the future.

Eric was a pleasure to work with. He was available anytime we had a question or concerns. He truly makes you feel like a priority. You can tell he loves what he does. If he says he going to do something, he’s going to get it done and make sure you are 110% happy with the result. Thank you Eric! You made our home buying experience so much better!

I worked with Eric for multiple properties for refinance at the same time. All of them were closed on time in a very efficiently way. The communication was seamless. Everything was done perfectly and very efficiently. I would definitely recommend him.

Eric has been helping me with my loan from the very beginning. My realtor recommended him and his team to handle it all for me. Right as we found the house we wanted everything with Covid-19 started to have an impact. Eric communicated with me daily via text, email and calls. Eric was recommended to my by my home owners insurance contact and Eric didn't disappoint. He was able to get me a better/lower interest rate than my bank. The entire process was smooth, quick, and easy. Eric answered ALL of my questions (there was a lot) quickly and honestly. You can tell he really cares about his clients not as clients but real people.

Eric goes above and beyond for his clients. I texted him about a thought for a refi and he had a quote within 45 mins of my initial text. We talked about what i would like to achieve from the refi and he was able To work with all of that. We had an agreement within a day. Due to covid-19 we got put off for a few weeks but eric stayed in touch to make sure i knew all was still in works. Eric was extremely easy to work with during the entire process of my fiancé and I buying our first home. He was there every single step of the way. When I originally thought of becoming a first time home buyer, I thought my only option was an FHA loan. Eric broke down all of the options we qualified for and which would be best for my fiance and I in the long run (when I say broke it down I mean into terms I actually understood). To say he was helpful throughout this process is an understatement. The process was stress-free, simple, and fun! Eric was always available for help and went above and beyond to help us land our first home!! HIGHLY recommend.
