Eric was a pleasure to work with and was very quick and efficient at helping us with our refinance! Eric saved me $201,949.84 and knocked nearly 13 years off of my mortgage payment. He took me from a 30 year at 3.75% to a 15 year at 2.5%, only adding a couple hundred dollars onto my monthly payment. He worked side-by-side with me throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Eric and his team. We were able to go from “offer-to-close” In 30 days all digitally during the CORONA pandemic. Pretty amazing! The GR online process was seem less and tracked everything Clearly.

I would highly recommend working with Eric and his team. He was extremely available throughout the entire process, waking up at 5am on a Saturday to prepare our offer so we wouldn't miss out on the house. Eric did a great job explaining all our options in an easy to understand manner. This was especially helpful as we were first time home-buyers.
