The job was done in a manner of time, color looks great, the workers were polite and very sufficient on cleaning up.
The whole process was very quick. The salesman James was awesome, albeit a little misinformed by his company I feel. We were informed that each crew is specifically trained to install Erie's products. This may be true for their metal roofing system but we went with the fiberglass option as it was 1/2 the price. The crew was very nice and caused very little damage to surrounding bushes/greenery, to be expected while replacing a roof. However there was zero indication they worked for Erie (no shirts, hats, magnet on the van...... read more
The crew were polite, finished timely, and cleaned up everything nicely. The job was done to my satisfaction.
They were very friendly and informative. They answered my questions and provided great service, even faster than expected. The roof came out great and the products they used seemed to be better quality than most companies. They also have a great warranty they stand behind and the payment plans are an added burden off my shoulders, everything is expensive these days and it's a huge help. Greatly appreciate them and would greatly recommend.
