Sales rep was VERY straight to the point I really appreciated that. I am a young home owner and he was very much interested in helping me as a person with my home. It was no mistake I needed a roof but they were excellent to explain in great detail why I needed one and how their company could help me. They did not disappoint. Everyone from Eirie has been very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The whole process did not take more than a few days. The materials arrived a few days after the sale, The crew started on time the next day. The foreman was on-site the whole time, was friendly and answered all my questions about what was going on. The product is great and looks good. I would certainly recommend Erie Construction for a roofing job

The salesman was amazing at his job. The crew that did the install was polite and professional. They did a good job cleaning up after, and they were effecient hard workers in what I felt was really horrible working conditions. We did have a significant language barrier which was very awkward for a purchaser, not being able to communicate with anyone on the site during the work makes a purchaser feel very uncomfortable and unconfident. First and foremost, I want to start by saying that the 2 gentleman that drove almost 2 hours to do the estimate and presentation of products were great guys. *** ******** and ******* *****o knew their products and extremely knowledgeable about the trade. the products were delivered to the house on 1 pallet about a week after they ordered everything. Job was completed within 2 weeks of estimate and agreement. The crew finished the job in 1 day and did a great job. Overall very happy with the complete process.

Erie Roofing installers are very professional. Prior to installation the salesman was very thorough. He checked the roof and looked in our attic. Installers came as promised early in the morning and job was completed by early afternoon. Even though rain was predicted for afternoon, the job was completed prior to rainfall. The roof over our screened porch could not be completed, the installation manager would reimburse us since we paid for material. From the initial sales contact to the installation and follow up, we are extremely satisfied with our new Erie metal roof! The materials, installation and clean up were all first class. The most important thing is that the roof looks great! I have had people argue with me that a metal roof can look like shake shingles! Thanks to the whole Erie team!
