The crew we had was terrible. They left a mess behind and never returned to clean up. We are still waiting for someone to come our and look at the damage that was done to our siding. The shingles on our overhang on the bottom entry door are starting to curl.
I filled out a brief Q&A on Home advisor, looking for potential roofing contractors. Since 8 March 2025 - Erie Home has called me over 65 times. They do not leave a message, just repetitive calls.I would never hire any company that harasses people.
Not a great experience when dealing with Erie representatives.. I tried reaching out to them about the actual amount my payment would be which was different from what the bank was telling me. **** failed to take my $2,000 down payment which resulted in a higher monthly payment on the loan. This was very deceptive in my opinion.
I would not use this company ever again, they left me with a house that had gaps between the drip edge and the original metal flashing, because when they added 1/2 OSB onto of the original roof, the roof was the 1 3/4 inches thick, a normal drip edge is not made to support this added thickness. They told me they have a longer drip edge and sent a team to fix the issue, they did not. Good quality materials and workmanship, sales people very pushy and very very expensive.
Very disappointed and how much my roof cost for only eight squares right at $25,000 didnt know it until after the work was done talking to neighbors got the same quality roof the roof twice massage right next-doorto me. He only paid ****** so I dont know. I really feel like I paid for two other people roof after mine was done.
Roof is great so far. I guess the 30 year warranty will provide the long term delivery of satisfaction. We would have given a 5 star review except for the companys communication with us. We were promised by the sales team that good communication was an ************ priority and that they would communicate with us every step of the process. 12/2023 Paid cash for this company to install a metal roof to my home in *******, *** 13 months later I found out they didn't open one of the 2 ridge vents??, my chimney needed a boot/flange installed and they didn't apply adequate caulk around my stink pipe. My home collected moisture for 13 months and I now have damage to every ceiling on my 1st and 2nd floors. Everything was ok until I needed them to come out a few weeks after the roof was installed. I turned on my hallway vent fan and I got showered in debris and nails went flying. I called customer service. They reluctantly responded and said they would send a guy to see what happened. The service was scheduled, then rescheduled. The guy didn't show up.
