This organization came out to our home to review our roof and quote a replacement. This process was worse than the days when a car sales persons would take your trade in keys and not give them back. They came at 6:15pm (review of roof took 30 min) and proceeded to sit at our kitchen table and basically hold us hostage on why we didn't want to sign for a new roof with them for 3 hours!!!! The work was done in a timely manner and they did clean up afterwards. I am happy with the roof overall five out of five stars. I was also informed that they would come out every year to inspect the roof and if there is anything wrong that it would get taken care of right away with no extra cost to me because they pride themselves on excellent service and product. Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. The roofing crew only had one person that could speak English but his English was limited, thus it produced a communication barrier. The crew left some cigarette butt's in my driveway and yard. The salesman had told us that when the job was finished that the crew supervisor would do a walk around inspection with us, but that never happened. The crew supervisor did not speak English. The roofing work started around 830am, we left the house around 11am to get away from the loud noise. We get a call around 130 from a *** saying the guys are either finished working or are very close to being finished. So we head home and they are nowhere near being finished. The guy shows up almost 4 hours after he said he would be there in 40 minutes. Erie Home sent out a ***** *** to talk about getting my roof redone. He was super nice and really attentive, but honestly, he still needs a lot of work on the sales side. He gave a two-hour pitch going over what they offer, mostly pushing a fiberglass shingle that turned out to be just a regular architectural shingle after I did some digging.When we got to the finance part, luckily it didnt go through because it was a Saturday. Very high-pressured manipulating sales tactics. Salesman seemed really nice at first. But when I said I would NOT agree to commit to or sign with him NOW, they could not help me and really changed his tone. I was looking for estimates and wanted to get a few more.

Very disappointed!!! I called to get an estimate and they refused to come out if both homeowners werent available. With 2 working parents this is almost impossible. They just lost our business with no care at all that we couldnt make that work.

We didnt make it past the initial phone call. Clearly they were not very interested in gaining our business. We were refused an estimate because they required both myself and husband home at the same time.

Deceptive sales tactics. Prying on the emotions of uneducated. Double the cost of the typical roof. No transparency in pricing. Forcing people to make a decision today because of savings. Selective use of data to reinforce poor faith objections.
