We had 2 salesmen to come to our home to look at our roof at 7pm. After they inspected our roof, we were told that we have a total roof failure. Most boxes were checked along with several pictures. After 2.5 hours we finally got a quote from the manager. 77,000 for a metal and $43,195 for a fiberglass. We said no to the metal. Highly unprofessional management that tries to steam roll you like your a child. Every day they showed up at 9-10 am and finished by 4 with an hour lunch as well, doing maybe 4 hours of work a day. They slung mortar all over my drive way, left mud, gravel, and half dried chunks of mortar all over. They left my basement a filthy mess, a literal filthy mess they did NO cleaning at all through out the process. The guys did an excellent job completing the roof and gutters. However, I did find some dents on my gutters and was expecting turnouts on the bottom of them. As for the clean up. They picked all the loose stuff but left some nails on the roof and in the yard. Not too good if my dogs get nails in there paws.

I contacted this company for a quote on a roof. I messed up and forgot the appointment. I texted the tech that came to my house and apologized for forgetting the meeting and to reschedule. He tested back "it's been cancelled have a nice day". After that they called me 3 to 4 times a freakin day from different numbers. I didn't answer the calls, I accepted the calls but just left the phone laying until they hung up. This went on for a dang month at least. Nothing but lies from beginning to end. Offer on line but we were not offered the offer. Set up install times and always an excuse as to why the installers weren't there. Talked to corporate office supposedly and they did nothing. Roof looks good. Just very unsatisfied with the swindling and lies. No recommendations from us.

Had them install a roof back in June, there was some decking that needed replaced and they replaced most of it. I brought it to their attention they sent the roofer back out and he said he didn't see anything, I sent him pictures of the damage, he was going to look at it next time he was in town have not heard back from them its been 5 months. Doesn't seem like they want to fix it

I am happy with the look of my new roof. However, I am already having problems with the installation. I have had a shingle come loose and the repair took over a month. The first rep from the company explained what needed to be done. When the crew came to repair I spoke with the foreman and explained what I was told. He said he would call and verify how the repair was to be made. After the phone call he didn't communicate further with me. The shingle was put back on, but not repaired as originally explained.
