Salesman came out and quoted me $57,000 on $14,000 job. I sent everything to my cousin (who owns a large roofing several miles away) and stated he would bid that job at $14,000. My cousin also told me about how this company goes around and bids as many jobs at a very high rate hoping people will bite. Always get a second or third opinion.

I expected to write a check for the job done but it was made into a loan through Medallion Bank. I signed the completion papers in a hurry and was not told that this was going to be made into a loan. Now in order to pay for the job I will have to pay the bank a daily interest until the get my check for the whole job. Not satisfied at all on the outcome.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY PREY ON THE ELDERLY AND SENIORS. My parents called for a free quote on a steel roof after seeing a flyer in the newspaper. Two men came out and gave my parents a big presentation, two hours later my parents were signed up for fiberglass shingle roof they did not want at a price of $38,000 for a double wide home. Install was a nightmare. crew threw nails and shingle materials in my exhaust fan, none of the crew spoke English and i am still picking up nails and garbage out of my yard Plus, they tried to use inferior materials. Good thing i was here watching them.

The men who sold us on the roof were very personable and informative. I had asked to put our basketball hoop back on the garage when finished. The men who came to install did a good job and cleaned up most of the debris. However I was told that putting the basketball hoop up would null my warranty which greatly upset me.

They worked fast and late into the evening to be able to get done in two days. I was told they would go into attic to make sure proper venting which they didn’t . I have had comments from other people that the way their venting system looks like they ran out of material and didn’t finish the job. When I asked about this worker really didn’t explain well why it was that way. The crew didn’t arrive on the start day either a day late, I do love color of the roof.

A close friend called about a metal roof from this company which is based in Toledo Ohio but had a Salesman in Charlotte North Carolina! They sent out two salesmen to work on her to her house and she ended up signing a contract for $28,000 for a roof for a 1000 ft house! In addition she put down almost $6,000 on her credit card so she could have 20% down. Terrible, was just looking for a quote. They call you 10 times in a day if you don’t answer and they don’t leave a voicemail to say who they are. I tried opting out still pushed for someone to come I said okay. They came out did all the stuff and still didn’t end up with a quote like was looking for. Just terrible experience and headache to end up not getting a quote.

Totally incompetent, poor work!!!! We had our roof installed by this company late summer, 2022. Within a a couple of months, (only because we had a very dry summer) the roof started leaking. I called the Lenoir City, TN division asking them to fix the issue. It took them several days to get a person to my home. Fixed, I was told. Not. The very next rain, leaking again.
