0 Star : My Experience There is a nick in my drivers side mirror that was not there previously, i called almost immediately after picking up my car to report it. i have not had a chance yet to bring my car back in for it to be reviewed and inspected again.
0 Star : My Experience Overall, the repair process went smoothly, but I did notice one issue after picking up the vehicle. The right front door switch stopped working following the repair. According to the work performed, the door trim panel was removed and reinstalled, so it may be related to that process. I would appreciate it if this could be reviewed and resolved, as the switch was functioning properly prior to the repair. Thank you.
0 Star : My Experience Repair was excellent and timely and done well but car was returned with substance on non repaired side and was told tree acid stain which could not be buffed out. I said impossible as car was garaged. I then wet it and rubbed it and started to come out and clearly was substance from your garage and when it started to come out I was told to bring car.back on Monday. 0 Star : My Experience There is a significant scratch on the right front fender. Don’t know if it was part of the insurance settlement but it is still there. This is a ten year old car with all kinds of minor damage, but this looks as ifbit should have been addressed.
