0 Star : My Experience When I received my vehicle, I noticed damage to the driver-side interior window tint/liner that was not present before the repair.
0 Star : My Experience We still need to get the roll bar ordered and installed, the exhaust is loose and needs to be tack welded, and the rear window needs to be replaced to a factory OEM part as it came in with.
0 Star : My Experience Three things. 1) I received differing dates as to when the car would be ready. 2) I was told it was ready only about a half hour before you closed on Friday; if I hadn't been able to arrive by 5:00, I wouldn't have gotten the car until after the week; 3) I was really surprised and disappointed that there was a 3%penalty for paying with a credit card, a charge not covered by insurance. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service

0 Star : My Experience I realize that I was charge an extra 3%. I am assuming this is for some credit card transaction. I wish I was told beforehand, otherwise, I would have paid in cash. Overall, I think there was pretty poor communication.
0 Star : My Experience The headliner has a lot handprints, markings, and smudges from being handled that were not there prior and I am not convinced that these can be removed from the headliner fabric. Otherwise, the repair for the issue in general is perfect.
