It was beyond what I expected. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality Excellent customer relations and outstanding service on my Nissan Rogue. 5 Star : Customer Service Fernando was excellent and went beyond.

0 Star : My Experience My car started smoking and I was able to find where a tube was not attached….why didn’t the mechanic? 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend One south East Asian man’s attitude was very disrespectful and rude. 3 Star : Repair Quality When we got the car back it was working fine for about 30 min and then started smoking and stalled at a light. 0 Star : My Experience Hi, I was playing around with the sensors and it doesn't seem to be working properly. More specifically the LTA sensitivity and the parking sensitivity is off. I turned it on and drove on the street and it wasn't picking up that I was crossing a solid yellow line. I tried it several times and out of 7 times that I drove over a solid line, it beeped once. Is there a way to calibrate this?

0 Star : My Experience Bumper was popped out a bit so I had to pop it back in on the driver side. Hopefully it latched in well. Also never heard from GEICO as to whether it was waived but assumed it wasn’t since I did pay the deductible. Would like GEICO to call me back. Also saying no because if I just ignore these surveys, you guys would hound me for a survey. Great body work as always though. Hopefully it’ll be a couple years before I need it again.

2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Cosmetically good, but my horn doesn’t work and the passenger side window is wonky. Issues were not present before work was done. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Never returned my calls. Didn’t do work on a timely manner.
