He never followed up with an estimate like he said he would if my insurance wouldn't cover it. 2.5 Star : Customer Service She was talking (non-work related) instead of focusing on the task at hand. I was on a work break and needed to be back to work immediately. She was too much focused on the conversation instead of getting me, the customer, completed and on my way.
0 Star : My Experience Upon picking up my vehicle. The technician went over everything that was replaced and repaired. The car was just washed. So as I got home I didn’t notice that my tire was replaced and the technician never mentioned it to me. I immediately went back to EURO COLLISION and expressed to them that the tire that was given to me was not only used, but also have lines and wrinkles running along where “the tire meets the rim”.
