0 Star : My Experience The headliner has a lot handprints, markings, and smudges from being handled that were not there prior and I am not convinced that these can be removed from the headliner fabric. Otherwise, the repair for the issue in general is perfect. I only wish the technicians had been a little more mindful when handling and easily tarnished/stained component of the vehicle.
0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality I came back to the shop the next day after I picked up my car. I came to explain that there was a tiny spot missing paint. I have not heard back from anyone. A gentleman told me that he would call me in a day or two, and I haven’t heard back. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. The spot is so small, but it’s annoying to me because it wasn’t there when I brought my car there it had to be done by the workers so I will be back up there soon. 5 Star : Customer Service

0 Star : My Experience When I came to pick up the car, I found a dent on the front passenger door, on the other side of where I had been hit in the accident. It had not been there before the car was towed to the body shop. Also, I got periodic texts with minimal information on the status of repairs but had to call to get details on the reason for a nearly weeklong delay.
0 Star : My Experience I am honestly disappointed and frustrated with the repairs. I paid $2k plus whatever you charged insurance just to have a loose bumper and a full piece sticking out. Clearly the whole thing will fall apart in less than a week. I truly regret bringing my car to this shop. I wish I have never done that.

0 Star : My Experience Was given a date about two weeks. All started great until 2 days prior to pick up. They informed me they had the incorrect parts and needed another 5 days to complete the job. Then the day I was to pick it up, I received a call late in the day Informing me it wouldn't be ready until the next day. Once I arrived my truck was given back but missing my rear cap for the bed. When I complained they found it and installed it. Was extremely dirty but happy to get it back along with my truck. The worse part wa... read more
