5 Star : My Experience 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Repair shops aren’t really something to recommend- my recommendation is to go with who insurance is contracted with. That being said, euro collision is far better than other repair shops I’ve had to use 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service Would’ve appreciated more updates
0 Star : My Experience You didn’t fix the car. Engine lights were on, windshield still broken and hood popped up immediately after hitting highway speeds. It’s amazing there was not an accident. All this after the car was 2 months late. It was due 10-21. There is no reason to believe you will get the vehicle in working condition again. It’s gone from bad to worse with you. I’m surprised Progressive is still working you.
0 Star : My Experience Now it’s evening(dark). Discovered the hi-beam of the headlamp mounted in the just-repaired-fender is not working. I guess I will need to return on Monday to have the problem looked at, and fixed. Car was delivered Looking TIP TOP. Fixed sooner than I expected it to be… with a sparkling shine. Nice. No complaints. Just needs a bitty tweak. Thank you.
0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Created an entirely new issue and we had to bring our vehicle back in after we picked up. 0.5 Star : Customer Service Extremely poor customer service - if someone’s vehicle is STOLEN FROM YOUR SHOP, then maybe be a little more kind toward them… oh and also, MAYBE ACTUALLY CALL AND LET THE OWNER KNOW!! Don’t wait for the owner to call you.
0 Star : My Experience Car was ready 5 days after they said it would be. They forgot to replace front emble on grill piece.
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Still have to wait significantly amount of time before I got my car back. While waiting for my car they wash the car told me my car was ready. As I walked around to check it I noticed that an area right side passenger door was not completely buffed out from the accident. I told the supervisor so they can get it done immediately. The man objective is is to have the car ready where the client just have to sign grab the key and drive away. 2.5 Star : Customer Service
