0 Star : My Experience My experience was terrible. I had the ETA of my repair job changed 4 times. I get that sometimes things take longer than expected, so that wasn’t the real problem. What was most disappointing about my experience was that I was never given a heads up when the date changed. Each time, I made significant plans (took off work, asked friends for rides, etc) to pick my car up. Only when I got to the shop or called ahead was I told the car wasn’t ready. 0 Star : My Experience The repair itself was fine. The updates promised never happened until I called to ask. When I picked my car up it took about an hour before it was finally delivered. Communication was awful.
0 Star : My Experience I am still waiting to receive pictures of the completed work. I still have not picked up my SUV. I was incorrectly told a completion date 3 times. I had to argue about my actual damages.
