I didn’t pick up the car yet. I want them to rectify the mistakes. I should have taken my car to Lexus instead. 0 Star : My Experience After an hour of driving it the check engine came on, the car is making loud noises, I told the adjuster about it and nothing was done and I got it scanned at autozone and many codes came up.

0 Star : My Experience The repair was not done correctly. There is bubbles/paint globs where the repair was made. Worst part, our van came back with new damage to the front driver side . Looks like another car scrapped my van.
0 Star : My Experience This collision shop and progressive insurance (whose network they are part of) have no business being part of the auto insurance market. I WOULD NOT recommend this shop to my worst enemies. To bad i cannot post pictures of the repairs... They are so dirt cheap (this shop and progressive) - they wouldn't change a damaged bumper... they will fix it...!!!!!???????????? And in the process they will replace the oem clips with screws, so the bumper can hold for about 6 month. They changed my 2013 fender with... read more
