0 Star : My Experience My front right tire / cap was not repaired and did not appear to be included even in the repair notes. I was verbally told the part was still coming in but it does not appear to be in writing. Secondly, a black strip of plastic that usually runs along the left top of my car was apparently completely removed and not replaced. I have contacted my insurance company.
