0 Star : My Experience It took over 30 days to repair the car. I was told the car would be ready by a certain date and it was not. I had to pay a higher out of pocket cost for car due to extended time. The sunroof was a part of the repair and they picked it up brought it back to the shop then said it didn't work and had to take it back. Did they not check it when they picked it up?! Then when we finally picked up the car we realized some of the damage was somehow missed and not repaired. There was a complete failure to communicate with us.
