My son and I used to visit here back when it had just opened and always had an awesome experience, great customer service , delicious bowls and toppings . We used to get a split bowl for no cost which I understand that changed and now they charge to split a bowl . Fell in love with this fruit spot! Got pitaya which is my fave and mixed it with chocolate almond milk and it was so tasty. Pick a base (fruit) + a liquid + then unlimited toppings = best fruit bowl in life. Definitely coming here for my fruit bowls and they are everywhere and I can see why.
Everbowl has proven to be consistently good at providing nourishing, refreshing, and filling giant acai bowls ever since I tried it at Petco Park at the last Padres game I went to last month. I went there to pick up the order, it was 5 bowls, so I asked the girl who works there for a bag to put everything together instead of carrying it one by one. The girl responded to me with an attitude and she told me they don't have bags here!! Really... why the attitude?? and why a store like that don't have bags?? They don't even have napkins!!! Wow! I've been to so many smoothie places and this place really takes the cake!! I love that it really is a healthy place. Most smoothie and fruit bowl spots have so much added sugar and ingredients that aren't vegan friendly or healthy, it's just frustrating. But - come here and you not only get quality ingredients but you can also build your own bowl with whatever ingredients you want - no extra charge!! Hemp seeds, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, coconut water & milk...you get the point. Did I mention it's delicious too?!?!
Food is good, though 50% of the time, the girls make it incorrectly. One girl is always wearing her long blonde hair down while making food. They are always chatting among themselves, often ignoring customers.
Let me start off by saying the customer service at Everbowl Santee is amazing! Every time I walk in I'm greeted with a friendly salutation and a smile, it's pleasant and uplifting especially if I've had a bad day. The young ladies that are usually working when I show up give the place a genuinely happy, more modern vibe and make me excited to eat something healthy. The food is good. I loved that their granola was not hard it was kind of crispy and very good. I would go to another Everbowl for sure but I will never go back to this one due to their customer service. I went 4/27 around 12-1 and the girls that worked their attitudes were terrible but not to everyone I noticed they were very nice and helpful to some customers but not all of the customers who came in including myself and my sister.
