I love Everbowl its delicious. their costumer service is good and their employees are nice. I really like their acai bowl its my fav the place always seems clean its never dirty inside. their toppings (fruit) is always fresh.!!!! great job Everbowl
Yikes! They've made changes to their base ingredients. Açaí used to be a fresh blend made on site to order. Now it's a pre made sorbet, with a variety of new flavors. More of a Baskin Robbins type of place now.
I really wanted to like this place! Since it is one of the only Açaí places in Santee, but they have messed up our order 2 out of the 3 trips we've made there and the third trip had the worst customer service by far. I called the store EIGHT times to try and place an order (not even back to back calls) and did not get an answer a single time. So I downloaded the app while in Target and order that way. I come here from 2-3 times a week and the bowls were amazing. But now it's not even a bowl... I paid for an açaí bowl not a granola bowl. Like seriously... looks like I'm gonna have to make the trip and go to la Mesa bistro for a real AÇAÍ BOWL!
Let me preface this by saying, I love Everbowl and have been a long time customer of theirs. I tried their Santee location today and was EXTREMELY disappointed. Firstly, I ordered a "Not So Green" to-go, only to arrive to the store to see a sign saying "we are out of Spinach." I remarked, "wow, I guess it really is NOT so Green!" Decent bowls, so it's a shame the customer service is so non-existent. Ordered a bowl with agave instead of honey, because my 10 month old baby loves to share with me, but babies under a year old can't have honey. Fast forward to receiving the bowl, and after feeding one bite to my baby, we realized it wasn't agave but honey on it. Kiddo was visiting and for a last day breakfast wanted Acai bowl. This was the only spot in Santee opened we could find. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and yummy taste. One gal was working, she was helpful and made us a great breakfast!
Got the Chewy açaí bowl and OMG it was amazing!!! I've been looking for a good place since Ioved here and I finally found it!! You get such a generous amount of açaí for a good price. I would recommend Everbowl to everyone!!
I was hoping to like this place, but the açaí bowls are not good. The fruit was still partially frozen and very tart, and the other ingredients lacked flavor (granola, peanut butter, and açaí). While it is nice that you can customize the bowls, there are much better and fresher açaí bowls throughout San Diego.
