Has gone downhill. Does not taste the same since they stopped blending the acai. It tasted to frozen and dried out.
Very good açaí. The new menus has many great options. Excellent customer service. A kind employee, Kaylee, was very helpful at recommending tasty selections. Will be coming back
I was hesitant to visit this location based on some recent reviews but whoever was working around 1:15PM today was AMAZING. Seriously the sweetest girl ever and she was super accommodating to my requests. My bowl was worth every penny and I will definitely frequent this location more often on my lunches. Do yourself a favor and try it out if you love açaí bowls and fresh fruits!
I come here quite often and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone working there is kind, helpful and excited to help me try something new. My Everbowl is ALWAYS delicious and I've never been disappointed there. :)
Went to the store they no longer make the premade bowls so that kind of stinks and theres no real guide menu sucks but the staff was friendly! I dont know what the heck the owners are thinking!
PRICES WENT UP!! I use to come here all the time and paid about $9 for a large size. Now the large is over $12 and medium size is $9. Rip off.
Post COVID reopening review: This place has gone absolutely downhill since reopening after covid. The prices have increased and the quality has decreased significantly. The draw to this place used to be the customizations and value for the price. Now all the bases are pre made, packed with sugar and taste like syrup. The pre made acai base taste like the acai sorbet you can buy in the frozen section at Costco (for less than the cost of an entire bowl) Also they have decreased the size of the bowl, but increased the price. No bags to carry the bowls. They messed up on the toppings on one of the bowls. The açaí wasn't terrible; however, it's very expensive for what you get. Not a good value at all. I won't be coming back.
Snooty staff and they can't even afford to give you a bag for your items. Correct those two things and you might see more business.
