So I wanted to update my review in the spirit of being a fair consumer. The owner advised me that I should try the pick your own bowl which I did the other day. It definitely gave me a chance to have more of the fruit toppings that I appreciate. The amount of açaí was more than the last bowl I had. I don't know if that's because it was a 'choose your own bowl' that cost more of that the server was more generous. Regardless, I enjoyed the experience more this time. Hi Tammy! Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to raise our prices due to an influx in pricing across the board due to COVID. It is just $2 extra to get unlimited toppings, which still comes out to a pretty good deal! I hope you can understand why we had to go through this price change and we do hope to see you again!
This place has the best staff! Always friendly, smiling, and fast. There's a tall white girl that works here she's amazing always works with a positive attitude and makes sure to build my acai bowl just the way I like it (im very picky). I always tip her :) Never a wait or line here. always clean. Definitely better than other everbowls in the SD area, I dont go to the one on Friars rd in SD because the workers are always grouchy , close early and sometimes missing important fruits such as bananas like hello?
Great place for acai bowls. Friendly service as well. One day I will try their tortas.
I walked up at 9:05 AM today, 3/8, and they were still dark and closed. Their listed hours and their sign states a 9:00 open. I'm a manager at another local business, if you are having a staffing shortage I'm sympathetic. Why not post new hours? I would have probably been a regular customer.

I went to get my first açaí bowl from here today as I've heard great things but the girl that helped me overcharged me and I didn't realize it until after I left and I told my friend that I just spent $14 ($1 was tip) on a medium size açaí bowl. I got a medium which should have been $9.99 but she charged me for a large ($11.99). Hate to be this guy but ordered a tropical bowl online with a note that specifically asked to not add shredded coconut. Upon arriving I found my bowl caked in shredded coconut and a maskless employee who seemed to be inconvenienced that she was being interrupted from whatever she was doing on her phone to give me my order. On top of that I ordered a medium and I assure you this is the size of a small at most other acai places. I'll be taking my business elsewhere
It'll do in a pinch- but compared to other acai bowl places it feels mass produced and lacking. Granola is sub par and ingredient quality not great.
Today I got served a Tropical Bowl & it was amazing. Also, Kayley had GREAT SERVICE. So polite and welcoming. Highly recommend
