Way way way overpriced. 2 small bowls were $21 today. We used to come here pretty often and then prices went up. We stopped in today because it had been a while and I must have forgotten. We won't be back

I arrived to this location at 6:45 pm today 6/22/22 and a young lady with curly hair denied service to me; she claimed they were closing early just because they had already been too busy!! I clearly saw they they had fruit and things still available! I had my list ready for my three medium bowls because I knew closing was at 7pm! I think it's unacceptable to deny service during business hours... in that case change your hours to 6:45pm!

Two stars only because they're usually pretty spot on. However the last 5 times I've been here, they've either got the order wrong, or they were out of a key ingredient(s) or had to wait 25 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be done at a given time. Are the wheels falling off this place? Seems like it. I keep giving chances and come back but perhaps it's time to move on. Disappointment continues.

I paid 14$ for this sad açaí bowl. They were out of granola, and I requested to have peanut butter instead. They said it would be 2$ extra. This bowl is not even full to the top. I feel very ripped off and will not be returning. The service wasn't great. And they couldn't print my receipt. I go to a number of other açaí bowl spots that charge 8-10$ for a larger portion.

Why would a food place like this not accept money for payments. Wasted time driving there only to see a sign on there door saying they don't accept cash. For the owner/management of this place, you are losing customers and screwing over your employees from this. I'm the type of person who would have typically left a tip for the employees for an amount a lot higher than the cost of my food, but hey who cares about the workers when you manage or own a place right.

I was refused service not too long ago because I forgot my mask was going to go to the car and get it but definitely lost appetite I didn't want it anymore and the girl working there was so rude about it basically called me dumb because "it says on the door" I tried covering my face which is literally the same thing and she still refused service, sad thing is it's the only Everbowl close by never coming again rather drive 40 min to get better service this is pathetic.

So disappointed, it's absolutely trash now. Prices shot up, quality went way down. Thats what happens all they care about is expanding, and not what got them in a position to expand. Won't ever go back. Try Vitality Bowl instead, super fresh, just not many locations.

I'm very disappointed, apparently they changed their recipe. I phoned in my order and they told me this AFTER I had already ordered on pickup. They do not blend the fruit themselves anymore, it's a premade sorbet, which is basically just ice cream. They also upped their prices but made it seem as if they didn't by now offering a small, medium and large. For comparison their medium is equivalent to the size they used to have and it's smaller totally sad because I used to love this place and the company has cheaped out.

Prices went WAY up and quality went WAY down. They no longer blending their own acai (real acai mixed with fruit). It's now a cheap pre-made sorbet with added sugar (sugar-free is no longer an option). Basically, it's now a cheap sorbet acai place...like all the others. Also, they try to hide the price increase by offering three sizes...but the medium is smaller than the original and cost more! Obviously they went cheap to make a few more bucks. Quality now sucks. Bummer. Will not be returning.
