I'm usually a fan but not after tonight. My daughter and I ordered a bowl and the employee did not give her or myself all the açaí in the blender. She actually took it out put it in a smaller bowl and then in the freezer. So she's eating what we paid for. That's real disrespectful and tacky! The rest of my mixture she put in the sink. I've gone here and a couple of employees make the bowl amazing. Other times it isn't. This time was just terrible! Third time I've had a bad experience at this Everbowl only three people in the place and she gets two other people there bowls while I was the first one in here wouldn't come here if your in a hurry or want to deal with bad customer service.

My girlfriend and I love ever bowl and come all the time!! But we constantly always come right after work and drive more than 20 minutes to get here, and make it by the latest 7:45 or 7:50pm, and every single time we come they closes extremely early! One time we came and they closed 30 mins early before 8pm. This has happened over 10 times!! I LOVE Everbowl! Their Açaí is natural and refreshing unlike other places. I'm not a fan of creamy açaí (dairy-like)! Why two stars? This location sucks ass hole! Their customer service is awful and their bowls are inconsistent. It's really unfortunate because this is the closest to my house. Let me explain... No customizations with any bowls in terms of pitaya and açaí, if you wanted to mix. They used dried pineapple in my bowl. Their pitaya has no flavor. Staff was not very friendly, more concerned with getting you done with so they can continue their conversation where they left off.

Ordered a Chewy açaí bowl. It was so light in color and tasted like it had too much almond milk compared to the last time I ordered. I could not taste the açaí. I don't normally write reviews and don't normally complain. But after a couple bites, I figured I could let the staff know as the person making the bowls seemed new and I could ask the staff if they could make me another. I come here every other day and sometimes days in a row but I've never had the attitude given to me like this employee Priscilla E. as soon as I walked in, through my ordering process, and topping my bowl. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Wound up in the ER with food poisoning after trying this place out. I've had dozens of acai bowls and never had the least bit of stomach issues but this was literally all I ate that day. Careless food preparation is no joke and I recommend staying far far away.

We walked straight to the register ready to order since we knew what we wanted. The girl behind the counter was more interested in paying attention to her cell phone texting instead of taking our order. We stood there for almost 1 minute and still she remained on her cell phone. Finally, she finished texting, looked at us and walked away. So we did the same, walked out of the door.
