Just got this today. Not even 3/4 full. It was delicious, but $12bucks for just over half of a LARGE açaí bowl? Unsatisfactory to say the least. I'm going to start making my own. $12.75 is ridiculous for what they served!!!!!!!

In food service when you tell someone that you can take their order, you usually don't send them away 2 minutes later after one of your employees has already said they can take your order. Honestly mad rude. Shout out the short & darker skinned male for making sure he gets out of work on time though (~: also, if you're closed, lock the door. it's pretty simple and not my fault your doors were still open. go off though

They have no knowledge on where their Acai is sourced from and say " idk, I do know it from Brazil." All their options are pre mixed and then frozen. It just a company that is profiting from the popularity of Acai and does nothing to educate and bring the quality of their product up. They blend other fruit and fillers into the Acai and it just taste like crushed ice. Do not waste you time. If you have any standards what so ever and take pride in eating real Acai, do not go here.

They do not sell acai, rather purple-colored ice! Do not go here the acai bowls are very low quality and contains very little if any acai. This is by far the worst acai spot I have ever been to. You can go buy yourself a gallon of REAL ACAI from Costco for $10.

The workers are rude af. There are several reviews about the poor customer service that you would think that the owner/manager would do something about it.

I am giving this place 2 stars for their process from start to finish. This place was minimally staffed with 1 person taking orders and then calling customers up to then decide what toppings to put in. While the flavors are great.... the process is painful. This particular location would benefit off a Lean Six Sigma training in leaning out unnecessary steps in their production and sale of their product. The food is good. The service is abysmal! The lady at the register wont help the gentleman behind the counter with anything. Ive been waiting 32 minutes for a smoothie and she has not stepped in once to help. Its like shes refusing to make anything. Hes done all the orders since ive been here. Im telling you, as my 1st review, if you have a 15 minute drive to work, getting here 45 minutes before, youll be late. Absolutely ridiculous. 33 minutes later and they're starting my smoothie....

PRICEY!!!!!! For $8 I get a SMALL cup and it doesn't even get filled to the top. The service was good and the acai bowls were mediocre. The disappointment came when I got this "Monkey Nut" drink and I didn't even get it filled to the top at least. Not coming back here, unfortunately.
