I would highly recommend not using this office. The sales person made it seem as if we needed to sign documents to reserve the quote and pricing. We even refused to pay the down payment because we were not sure if we wanted to do it or not. The sales person then said he could make a phone call to help out. He told the person on the phone that we were close friends and got us a $500 discount. Needles to say this took place in November. February we got a letter saying we owed $4,135. We had Everdry do our basement just for precaution, as they were digging outside and cutting inside, I thought we were in trouble with a big mess. All in all it turned out better than I was thinking because of the mess. The basement walls are a little bumpy because we have stone walls, not flush. the biggest problem we had was the landscaping outside. the salesman said it would look just as good or better. we had just done all new landscaping 2 weeks prior.
