I used their services over 6 years ago to dry out my wet basement. I have not had a single problem since. The install was great, the team did a nice job. I highly recommend this company.

Fabulous customer service. We just purchase a home and were aware that there had been a water problem that had been fixed but didn't know any details about it. Ever Dry noted the change in ownership on county auditor site and reached out to us so that the existing warranty covering the work could be transferred to us. We are thrilled to have this warranty in place, and considering what we would have had to pay outright if there ever is a future water event, this represents great savings for us.

In 2019 I purchased a home with a transferable EverDry Warranty. According to the seller, the EverDry Warranty was in effect when she purchased the property in 2000. I chose to continue the warranty and am very glad I did. Several of my neighbors had wet, some flooded, basements after the sring rains of 2020. My basement was dry. I am very thankful for my EverDry basement. ****l

The EverDry Waterproofing crew was here for 2 days. They were very particular about keeping our entrance and basement as clean of dust and debris as possible. That was very much appreciated. They were very professional and polite and had a good crew leader that kept them all to task. He communicated very clearly the work they were doing to ensure we were getting the service we were expecting. We have had EverDry waterproof the last 3 homes we purchased. The crews we had were on time, efficient and respectful of our house. Over the last 18 years we have not had a recurring water problem. On a few occasions we had them return for a small correction or pump problem. These were done very quickly and professionally. We would call them first in the future.

We had our basement waterproofed 8 years ago it was the best thing we did for our hom/basement. We don't worry about standing water in the basement any more. We renew our warranty ever year so we feel secure about the work that's been done. Our sump failed a few months ago I called to tell them they came out that same day to replace it with no questions asked. This is a great company with friendly staff.
