i would highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus to anyone who wants a reputable company to keep their basement dry and assist with any problems related to their basement. I called in this spring when my sump pump was running constantly and making loud noises. They came out the next day to fix it. From my experience, their staff (technicians and office staff) are very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I've been very impressed with EverDry.

Everdry waterproofed our basement 3 years ago and we haven't had any issues since. The crew always showed up on time and did a great job explaining the work that would be happening each day. It is wonderful having peace of mind, knowing our basement will stay dry even during big rainstorms.

From the initial contact, financing options, installation, and the cleanup at the end of the job. We have never had a problem with EverDry of Columbus. Since 1996 when EverDry came and made our basement "dry" with their system, we have only had to call them 3 times. Each time they were here quickly. The last time was a couple of years ago and they put a new pump system in for us. The guy who came was prompt, friendly, courteous, told us about the new pump, got the job done in no time, and told us if we had any problems to call. We bought a house 5 years ago that had an EverDry warranty as part of the house sale. EverDry really honors the warranty ... even one that passes through a sale. We started getting some moisture in the basement 2 years after we bought the house, and they immediately came out free-of-charge, assessed the problem, made some simple repairs at the time to see if that would help, and told us to call back if the problem was not solved by the easy fix. i cant remember the year I had the work done ,it has been 5 years or more, they dug up around the outside of house and dug out the basement floor , installed all new drainage in floor ,completely sealed everything outside, I called them because my floor was cracking ,there were a few foundation cracks and I had black mold in one corner of basement where I had a leak , water seeping in through block , the crew that came out was very courteous and efficient, they were polite and tried their best to keep all the mess downstairs... read more

I purchased my home 4 years ago and my house came with the lifetime Everdry warranty. I have kept the warranty going throughout my time at the house and had to call 1 time for support. The issue I called about happened to be unrelated to the Everdry system, however the team was more than willing to come out and see what was going on. They helped me root cause my issue and never charged me a dime for trip. Will continue to renew my warranty with them for as long as I own this home.
