When our basement got flooded, our son and my husband started digging it out to put a sump pump in. Was a lot of work so we decided to call ever dry. They came and cleaned up the mess, dug out a new hole over where it needed to be. Cleaned up all the mess and did a wonderful job.

After almost 10 years since I had my initial waterproofing my sump pump stopped working. Fortunately the battery back up they installed kept my mechanicals dry. I have participated in the warranty program and within 24 hours of my call they sent out a couple of guys. I was glad to see they were following COVID protocol. These two guys were very friendly and promptly installed a new pump with no questions asked. No charge. That’s a good price. I highly recommend them.

We had EveryDry waterproof our basement and we maintain the warranty plan. Their tech just came out and replaced our sump pump for free and imstalled new pipe for the pump because he noticed there was build up in the angles of the pvc. They came out one day after calling that our sump pump was broken. Love the service and the price! ********* *****
i would highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing of Columbus to anyone who wants a reputable company to keep their basement dry and assist with any problems related to their basement. I called in this spring when my sump pump was running constantly and making loud noises. They came out the next day to fix it. From my experience, their staff (technicians and office staff) are very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I've been very impressed with EverDry.

We have never had a problem with EverDry of Columbus. Since 1996 when EverDry came and made our basement "dry" with their system, we have only had to call them 3 times. Each time they were here quickly. The last time was a couple of years ago and they put a new pump system in for us. The guy who came was prompt, friendly, courteous, told us about the new pump, got the job done in no time, and told us if we had any problems to call. We bought a house 5 years ago that had an EverDry warranty as part of the house sale. EverDry really honors the warranty ... even one that passes through a sale. We started getting some moisture in the basement 2 years after we bought the house, and they immediately came out free-of-charge, assessed the problem, made some simple repairs at the time to see if that would help, and told us to call back if the problem was not solved by the easy fix. i cant remember the year I had the work done ,it has been 5 years or more, they dug up around the outside of house and dug out the basement floor , installed all new drainage in floor ,completely sealed everything outside, I called them because my floor was cracking ,there were a few foundation cracks and I had black mold in one corner of basement where I had a leak , water seeping in through block , the crew that came out was very courteous and efficient, they were polite and tried their best to keep all the mess downstairs... read more
