In 2005, we had our Everdry basement water-proofing system installed in our home in Swartz Creek (Gaines Township) Michigan. We had the Everdry Waterproofing installed over 15 years ago in Byron Center, MI. It was so worth the money and piece of mind. We have not had any problems with the system or water in our basement since then. I remember the staff being friendly and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. I hired Everdry Basement Waterproofing to waterproof my basement March 2019 in Wyoming, MI. I haven't had water in my basement since. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Always answer my questions and everyone I've interacted with have always been very friendly and professional. They also offer a lifetime warranty which is very comforting to have. 3 years later and still very satisfied with their work!

We recently purchased a house in Grand Rapids with an Everdry system in place. The warranty was transferable for a very modest amount and the system has worked flawlessly over the last 16 months. Our basement is nice and dry.

My Everdry system was installed over 10 years ago. The annual warranty helps with peace of mind that if it needs something, it will get fixed right away. We have had service several times since installation, from sand removal from the pit, to new pumps, and even some requested modifications following install. They always answer the phone, and get you on the schedule right away, often willing to work around your schedule. And they start early, too. These people are great... We've had only 1 necessary service call in the 6 yrs and they came all the way to Harbor Beach to take care of the problem in only a couple of days... I would recommend there service to any one that has a basement... Thank you "Ever Dry" !!!!

I would recommend with reservations. I had a waterproofing system installed. My experience is posted on their website. My experience was a few years ago and I hope that the have improved their customer service and quality of work since then. The system itself appears to be working. I had more of a moisture problem as opposed to standing water.

We had EVER DRY come and waterproof our basement 25 yrs ago...We live in GRANDVILLE, MI. BEST INVESTMENT we have EVER made, hands down!! They came, did the job, & even cleaned up afterward (my husband doesn't even do THAT) We have NEVER had a single leak!!!
