In the spring of 2009 I desperately needed help with water in the basement of my **** built home in Lansing, Michigan and had no idea who to call! Thankfully, after searching the web I chose EverDry. We met The Everdry *** at the *** Home and Garden show Back in ****. We had them come for a free in home estimate. Upon getting the estimate , we waited a few days, called back to get on the list. Our house was built in early 1800's, field stone basement walls. We had water every time it rain. We have three sump pumps and a eszy breath exhaust fan. The team was at our house for about 2 1/2 days, cleaned up and gone. Store things in our basement now. Been dry for 19 yrs. Grand Ledge Mi.

My husband and I were unhappy with the moisture in our 1940's basement. Several years ago, on our quest for completing many Home improvement projects, we found Everdry Basement Waterproofing. In 2005, we had our Everdry basement water-proofing system installed in our home in Swartz Creek (Gaines Township) Michigan. Their solution for our wet basement included the installation of an interior drainage system under the basement floor with two new sump pumps, sealing the exterior walls, and installing an EZ Breathe air exchange system. We had the Everdry Waterproofing installed over 15 years ago in Byron Center, MI. It was so worth the money and piece of mind. We have not had any problems with the system or water in our basement since then. I remember the staff being friendly and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. I hired Everdry Basement Waterproofing to waterproof my basement March 2019 in Wyoming, MI. I haven't had water in my basement since. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Always answer my questions and everyone I've interacted with have always been very friendly and professional. They also offer a lifetime warranty which is very comforting to have. 3 years later and still very satisfied with their work!

We recently purchased a house in Grand Rapids with an Everdry system in place. The warranty was transferable for a very modest amount and the system has worked flawlessly over the last 16 months. Our basement is nice and dry.

My Everdry system was installed over 10 years ago. The annual warranty helps with peace of mind that if it needs something, it will get fixed right away. We have had service several times since installation, from sand removal from the pit, to new pumps, and even some requested modifications following install. They always answer the phone, and get you on the schedule right away, often willing to work around your schedule. And they start early, too.
