I hired EverDry Basement Waterproofing 5 years ago to stop the water from leaking along the basement wall. I chose the company for the quality of the proposed work and the integrity of the salesperson who came to my house to give me an explanation of the work that would be done. I had been experiencing leaking from my basement walls with heavy rains. In 2015 I had had enough and had Everdry come and address the problem. The remedy work was extensive. I was impressed with the work ethic of their staff and their "know how". Everdry repaired a portion of our cellar wall that was crumbling and causing our cellar to flood when it rained causing our foundation to erode. Since the repair we have had a dry cellar which gives us peace of mind.

We had Everday treat our basement 11 years ago as the brick walls were bulging in and there was water issus as a result of that happening. It has been dry for the last 10 years thankfully and we have had no further damage. Even with all the rain we have had this summer, it has been staying dry.

Bottom line: excellent product; service could have been better. We chose EverDry to treat our basement in East Lansing based on a recommendation from our friend, who always studies all options thoroughly (like over-the-top thoroughly) and chose them. She was happy with their service, so we went with them. They treated our basement around 7 years ago - I don't recall the exact year. I had spent a few months every spring sopping up water in my basement, lots of water. Everdry GR, came in & did the work they needed to do inside the basement & on the outside & did a great job cleaning up both areas when they were done. We are in a situation where, we are about 20' above a creek, being fed by tiled lines from multiple fields above on the other side of our house. Very impressed by the crew that worked on our project. They worked very hard and kept us informed as to what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were very polite and always ready to answer any questions that we had. Our problem was not so much a drainage issue as it was a rising water table. The water table in our area, after being well above the basement floor for several years, has subsided. Though our waterproofing system has not yet had a true test, I am confident that it will do what is required when needed... read more

HI, I live in whitehall, Mi. Our basement was flooded last year, we contacted Ever dry, because we really didn't want go thru that again. And was concerned about the damage that it could cause. Shortly after we bought our home in Coopersville, MI, we noticed the basement would leak water nearly every time it rained. If it rained a lot, there would be standing water. Not a good thing.
