These people are great... We've had only 1 necessary service call in the 6 yrs and they came all the way to Harbor Beach to take care of the problem in only a couple of days... I would recommend there service to any one that has a basement... Thank you "Ever Dry" !!!!

I would recommend with reservations. I had a waterproofing system installed. My experience is posted on their website. My experience was a few years ago and I hope that the have improved their customer service and quality of work since then. The system itself appears to be working. I had more of a moisture problem as opposed to standing water.

We had EVER DRY come and waterproof our basement 25 yrs ago...We live in GRANDVILLE, MI. BEST INVESTMENT we have EVER made, hands down!! They came, did the job, & even cleaned up afterward (my husband doesn't even do THAT) We have NEVER had a single leak!!! And our basement is totally finished off, wood floor, and carpeting; It's an extention of our living space, We are down there everyday!! We were having water issues for years, not flooding but annoying. 2012 may have been exceptional, that year water was coming through the walls and about 2" deep. I called they came out for an estimate. They did inside and outside plus sump pumps and braced a wall. The work was done in about a week. Very nice inside and out when finished. And best of all NO WATER in the basement. Warranty is well worth it pump went out and they replaced it no cost or fees. ****** St Johns Michigan

Several years ago our old cottage basement was flooded due to a torrential rain storm. The Everdry people were pleasant to work with. They showed up to install drainage tile inside and outside of the basement as promised. Did a thorough job. Have returned twice to update the sump pump. And have continued to express interest in how everything is going. We are happy customers. **********.

Everdry provided services to our home back in 1990s before we purchased our home 2.5 years ago. Renewing the warranty has been easy to do and thankfully no problems with water in the basement. Once we began renovating the basement, we noticed the cove plate was installed on the interior side of the drywall so we needed very tall trim to cover it. I think it's supposed to be on the exterior side of the drywall. Inspector pointed out that the sump pump Everdry installed was connected to the sanitary sewer. That's not legal in ... read more

Thank you for your feedback, upon receiving this review, I reached out and explained to our new customer that our company did not tie into the sanitary sewer, that was a modification made by the previous homeowner without approval from Everdry or the city. Also, The homeowner did not have the area bare and accessible at the time of installation, but mutually agreed that the cove plate can be moved (under warranty.) if made accessible by the homeowner. The Everdry team that did the work was amazing! They were hard-working, clean, flexible and friendly. It was a good experience. The only aspect that keeps this review from 5 stars is the sales/pre-delivery process, which was mostly good but hit a brief snag just before the work was to be done. I think I partly contributed to the snag, but the salesperson was a bit over-wrought and inflexible. Owning a house that was built in the late 1800's I never thought we would have a dry usable basement. A couple of years ago we had an Everdry Multi-Step system installed and what a difference. Our basement is now dry and usable. By installing the system we literally gained hundreds of square feet of usable space in the house. The basement is no longer damp and wet; it is a dry an inviting space that we are able to maximize.
