Everdry originally waterproofed my basement in September 1989 and did an excellent job. In the years since, they have been to my house many times to do remedial work and to replace failed sump pumps. The most recent call I made to them was January 2023 when one of my two sump pumps failed. I called them on a Monday morning and on Tuesday morning Tyler and Mike arrived at the promised time, replaced the failed sump, and were on their way to the next customer in a mere 20 minutes. The crew at EverDry was exceptional, from the initial consultation, the set up and actual project everything was professionally handled. Emily, Aaron, Anthony, Chris and the entire team explained each step of the process, why it was being done and the finished state. The EverDry crew was very good at what they do. The Forman Aaron kept me apprised of every step the we� re doing every day. The crew cleaned up after every days work and even came back to put up caution tape around the whole in the backyard for the water tank till the inspector was able to come. The Foreman went through all the paperwork and how to test the sump pump. He even said they would come back to help spread dirt to even out the yard. EverDry is a great company and I would use them again.

We had waterproofing completed in the basement and have had yearly inspections done for an agreed price since 2012. In January this year the system needed attention and again Everdry was there to follow up.The process was expedited with a phone call from me, they came and repaired a switch. Everyone we dealt with has been professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Everdry waterproofed my basement about three years ago and did an awesome job! Recently I called them the day of a blizzard because my sump pump wouldn� t stop running.Unable to make a service call because of a travel ban they got me on the schedule for an appointment immediately after the storm. Aaron was professional and explained everything he was doing to repair my sump pump quickly. Another great experience with this company!
