Our Waterproofing system was installed 5 years ago. The exterior drain oipe from the sump pump needed to be replaced. The crew, Chris and Will, showed up on time, knew what needed to be done and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with the job.

I have had a waterproofing system installed in my home for many years but have never needed a service call until this year. Everdry came a few months ago and installed a new sump pump. The technician was efficient and knowledgeable and completed the Job quickly. At that time, we discussed having the outside drain moved further into my yard. The technicians are always within the time they tell you. They are knowledgeable and polite. They do the job right.
We had Everdry waterproof out basement as we had water damage and some mold . We were completely overwhelmed with their respect of our home as it was in the winter and they were extremely careful to not do any harm to our living room and kitchen that they had to walk through so many times to do their job. They wre extremely respectful and each staff member treated us with the utmost respect. The crew was very hard-working and professional. All questions were answered and they were very concerned about the quality of the clean-up. I would definitely recommend this company if you are having water issues.
I had the system installed a few years ago in 2018 and was recently having a problem with the battery backup, The technician that came to my house was very courteous and replaced the the pump with a new updated pump. I mentioned that there was gaps in the caulking along the back of the house and he was nice enough to take care of that as well!
Adam was polite, respectful of our home. He explained what he was planning to repair & then delivered!
Upon Adam's visit, he thoroughly inspected a previous basement and sump pump installation. All the while explaining exactly what was done in addition to answering our questions and concerns. Truly a professional of the highest ilk. Highly recommend Everdry and Adam for future projects.
