I called Everdry Waterproofing because the sump pump was not shutting off. Adam came out and cleaned up the controls in the sump pump so that it would turn off and on as it should and made sure the back up battery was working. Adam was very courteous. He worked quickly and was happy to explain what had occurred and what he did. He also was very patient in answering my questions and putting my mind at ease in case of future problems.

We were completely happy with Everdry� s work! The team was timely, hardworking, kept us informed of every step of the process, and sought our feedback often. They offered to work late on a Friday evening to finish, and had to be told by us that it was OK to go home for the weekend!

Everdry originally waterproofed my basement in September 1989 and did an excellent job. In the years since, they have been to my house many times to do remedial work and to replace failed sump pumps. The most recent call I made to them was January 2023 when one of my two sump pumps failed. I called them on a Monday morning and on Tuesday morning Tyler and Mike arrived at the promised time, replaced the failed sump, and were on their way to the next customer in a mere 20 minutes. The crew at EverDry was exceptional, from the initial consultation, the set up and actual project everything was professionally handled. The EverDry crew was very good at what they do. The Forman Aaron kept me apprised of every step the we� re doing every day. The crew cleaned up after every days work and even came back to put up caution tape around the whole in the backyard for the water tank till the inspector was able to come. The Foreman went through all the paperwork and how to test the sump pump. He even said they would come back to help spread dirt to even out the yard. EverDry is a great company and I would use them again.
