He answered any questions I had and made sure I was aware of everything that would be covered under my service, years of installments, and proactively plugged a couple cracks to ensure the waterproofing. We have had issues with so much water in our basement crocks. The sump pumps could barley keep up. EVERYDRY is quick to help replace a pump if it dies. Customer service is top notch! They stay in touch and make sure we� re taken care of. I highly recommend them to waterproof your basement before you get in a spot like we did. It� s been 15 years and they still keep us protected
