Everdry was recommended to us by another couple. We had an emergency that came up at the beginning of Covid. We were so worried about the water in our basement, and the walls that began to crack. The people that work for Everdry were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and prompt. They were very good about all of the Covid protocols. They all worked so hard. Our sump pump started making a funny noise around 11:00pm on Friday night. Went to have a look and saw steam or "smoke" rising out of the crock pot, unplugged it. Phoned EverDry on Saturday morning, and they sent someone out on Monday. The technician, a very pleasant fellow named Tavaris, arrived exactly when he was expected, and like all Wizards identified and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Turned out it was a faulty Float Switch, replaced free of charge due to EverDry's Excellent warranty coverage.

This is the 2nd home that we used Everdry. Having the warranty helped in selling the first property. Their quick response to a pump issue was very helpful. Their communication throughout the our job was great and the clean-up after was good.

I can very highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing. I had mine done Feb 2019 and everything has been great. I do keep up with the annual service contract. I recently called to have some regrading done and they came out promptly and no charge. Customer Service was very courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure to see the same foreman from the original job come back for the service. I was able to show him our finished basement and we are very confident that everything remains dry. Great experience!

EverDry was great to work with! Tyler and his team explained everything each step of the way. After the initial work was done, two issues came up that could not have been foreseen. Manager came out both times to evaluate what needed to be done and the work was completed quickly and effectively.
